James Hazell, BBC Radio Suffolk, has a feature on his Saturday Morning Show called "Beginners' Guide" and it encompasses anything from being a Wedding Planner to a Public Speaker.
James invited me onto his show as a public speaker expert to talk about what it takes to speak well in any situation. We had a great chat and passed on several Hints and Tips for you, the audience, to take away and apply to your own journey in speaking.
Just a couple of tips included: Be yourself, Research your topic, Focus on the friendly people in the audience when delivering your speech.
